Jen Update

I am down 1 pound from last week (at least that is what the scale says, but who knows).  I am happy about that.  I feel really dedicated this week to getting down 1 more pound.  I started myfitnesspal and really love it!  I love how it calculates your total carb/protein ratios along with the calories.  It certainly makes it easier to keep track of everything.  Thanks for the suggestion Mauri!
